I am a daughter, wife, a mom, grandmother, adoptive parent, foster parent and writer.

My husband and I have a huge family...four daughters and two sons...fifteen grandchildren and even three great grandchildren. My son Chad was murdered in 1995. The pain and rage that came from that event shaped me in a lot of ways. The love of my Savior re-shaped me.

That's my driving goal, I guess. To tell people, through my stories, that they have a God who loves them through everything. And that the most important things in life...the things that are worth the effort we put into them,,,have nothing to do with money and everything to do with love.
